What to expect
Therapy sessions run for approximately 50 minutes and appointments are are available 9am-6pm Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Getting to know you
What we have found is that the best therapy occurs when a therapist and client can establish a good, trusting and strong relationship. During your first appointment you will get to know your therapist and explain the current concern you have, from your perspective.
Tracey will discuss and negotiate your treatment plan and the number of sessions that you may need. The aim is to help you make changes to improve your wellbeing and enhance your life in the most effective way. Throughout this process you will always be treated with respect.
